The one year old class is a transition room for infants to become toddlers. Teachers will assist the young ones as they begin to learn more independently.
Classes follow an age appropriate curriculum that focuses on fine and gross motor skills, music, art, sign language, relational skills, letters, numbers, colors and shape recognition.
Our program features:
Our infant curriculum is framed by High Scope, a nationally-recognized, scientifically-based program that supports your baby in developing crucial skills. We supplement this curricular framework with proprietary brain-based experiences, developed by early education experts to provide for optimal brain development.
Our program is designed for the active and emerging young child who is learning to walk and move about. The classroom has plenty of space for little ones to explore and learn. Teachers sing songs and read simple stories with plenty of movement. The children learn by exploring through their senses and through play. With small class size and individual attention, children have many opportunities to learn and grow at their own pace.
